Using the tool

  1. Open access. The tool is open — no account, login, or PIN is required. Open it and use it.
  2. Support. Write to the address below with your name, organisation, and a sentence on intended use if you would like help applying it to your setting.
  3. Teaching and training use. If you intend to use the tool with a class or cohort, say so — a short briefing note can be arranged.

Related work

This project is a method demonstration from VELANS. The primary work is elsewhere.

VELANS builds pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic software for individualising dosage regimens of narrow-therapeutic-index drugs — a development line begun in 1990.

The same discipline demonstrated here is the discipline applied there: derive rather than assume, report the interval rather than the point estimate, state the limitations alongside the result, and record a falsification when the data refutes an assumption.
